Will the pill double my results

hello im 21 I eat real clean. just came off of a 500 cal diet, did pretty well. Im tryin to join a Group at my school and you have to be a certain weiGht.I work out everday. cardio 5x and liGht weiGhts. and I dance everyday at least fo 30 minutes. bmi is 27.

im 5'9 and 187 pounds. I want to be 140. Well i want to try clen and t3. My question is, is it worth it. I have lost alot of pounds doin the diet excercise. and I will continue to do it, but I really wanna join the club, and I have until auGust.I have lost 20 pounds in a month before, so i wouldnt wanna use the pill and still loose 20 pounds. I would at least want it doubled.

Is it true that I should not do hiit. I do isnanity and it is a massive interval.


are the results worth it. will it double my usual weiGhtloss.

Keep up the great work, you sound really motivated :)
No, don't bother with the clen, it's more for people who want to lose that last ounce of fat for bodybuilding competitions. You can absolutely achieve great results with just diet and exercise.

Read everything and all the links in that thread.
Read everything you can, and do the work, and you will get into great shape.
Forget any nonsense you have heard about like 500 calorie diets, that will only hurt your metabolism, and you will get fatter.
I think with cardio it depends on what works for you. HIIT takes less time which is a bonus if you only have a certain amount of time to work out every day.
I do think you could increase your weights more because if you increase your lean body mass you will burn more calories, and it will give you a nice figure, rather than just being skinny fat.
You can eat really really well, and still have a good figure. It just depends on what you eat. Like if you just eat 500 calories worth of ice cream a day (just an example:)) and don't exercise, or eat 1800 calories of nutrient-rich healthy food and do strength training 3 times a week and cardio three times a week, guess who is going to look better and feel better!
I know what it is like to want to be part of a certain club, so I get where you are coming from, but if someone made me weigh a certain amount, I don't think i would really respect them very much. Also, muscle weighs more than fat.
 
yes I was it was for a short period 2 weeks, just to clear myself, some days I went over, no more that 1000.

I don't want to sound harsh but clear yourself of what? A normal active thyroid? Less then 1000 calories is crazy and 500 is down right insane. Under eating like that can actually make it hard for long term fat lose. I am glad that is was only two weeks.

At your current weight you could be eating 1800 calories a day. I feel like you really need to do some more research on dieting before trying anything like clen or t3.
