I don't think Cung Lee will end up in the UFC anytime soon. He really doesn't have any MMA wins against bona fide competitors. I'm not sure how long Strikeforce has him to contract, but Strikeforce seems to want to build their middleweight category around him. Strikeforce will probably be reluctant to let him go.

After seeing his A game against Shamrock I would be inclined to believe that he would be a trial horse in the UFC. Probably around the competitive level of Pete Spratt.

He can improve, but he's 36 I think and has absolutely no ground game. He's a bad investment. That is the way I would look at it as a fight promoter. I would invest my money elsewhere.

I don't think anytime soon or at all. He wants to be an actor more then a mma fighter. Time is not on his side, he's old.
