Why is it ok to lick an asshole ?

There was another case in my town where a guy who had a violent past, was confronted in his own home by some new guy who just moved in and wanted to impress his girlfriend. Went into this guys house and tried to attack him, it ended up out on the street they were both fighting for about 10 minutes. The known violence guy didn't give a fuck and was smashing concrete slabs and all-sorts over this "hero's" head. Needless to say the "hero" got well and truly fucked up and rightly so. But that didn't stop the papers calling him a violent thug and him getting 2 years in prison for standing up for himself.

The guy with the violent past fucked up by letting the fight go to the street. He should have killed that "hero" guy that came into his house to attack him.

You come into my house to attack me or my family, I don't care if you are an MMA fighter, a wanna be thug, or have a violent past...you sure as shit won't have any future as a dead man.

Let me pose a question..


Lets say it's a woman (no difference to me really, woman raise her hand to me, she's identified herself to be on my level) that attacked you in public, no reason, or rather you did nothing physically to get her to attack you.. she struck 1st.. maybe it was something you said..

you defend yourself with what you believe to be minimal amount of force needed to protect yourself..

Anyone see where i'm going with this??

lets say its a guy.. smaller than you and you beat him down, maybe he scuffed your puma whatever.. you beat him down, he rolls over and shots you dead, or worse, maybe he aims low on purpose so that you are crippled for life..

who's at fault???

the smaller guy that was beaten down?? "your honor, I was afraid for my life" and in the end you get to spend 4-10 yrs in prison in a wheel chair..

I'm not a cage fighter, but for some reason the neighborhood teenagers are afraid of me. The school bus stops at the corner of our yard and the little douchebags kept leaving their pudding cups containers and empty soda cans in our yard, so I had to have a word with them one morning. They were all like cringing and stuff. WTH?

In Canada, if someone comes into your home to steal or whatever, and you hit hut, or even if he falls and breaks his leg while he's stealing, he can sue you for a shitload of money.
