I agree and think that people are so protected and able to get fat cashouts over law suits that it enables them to cross the line running there mouths/provoking people... In fact it almost makes it a win win situation... they get to talk shit... they arent going to throw the first punch cause they usually are a pussy just talking shit and want someone to back off so you get stuck having to deal with it... If you throw the first punch you started it and hes the victum even if he was in your face totaly out of line and you were scared of getting hit yourself and your the asshole who ends up paying for the damages plus "pain and suffering"... if he wins hes the guy who kicked a guys ass who started shit with him not to mention how much easier it makes it for you to get cracked by someone down to fight if your trying not to throw the first punch.... Its ass backwards and i just dont think people talk to others the way they did when getting your ass kicked for starting shit was then end of the story... The right thing to do is to just back off or talk better shit to make them look dumb and laugh about it but i think there needs to be laws for when someones confronts you to fight that you dont have to wait to recieve damage to yourself before you can do something... When people provoke someone in a heated manner and get their ass kicked i think they should be placed at fault.
