The platform of Hezbollah is the non negotiable complete destruction of Israel. To that aim Lebanon has allowed them to train tens of thousands of soldiers within its borders, to stockpile weapns and material, and launch attacks against the State of Israel. Not for a month or a year, but for decades.

They launch those rockets from within southern Lebanon. Rockets which have a limited distance, often measured in miles. Any sensical nation in the world would create a buffer zone large enough to protect its country.

But thats besides the point

Hezbollah entered Israel from Lebanon to kill its citizens, and take others captive. Please tell me what other country in the world would not take action against Lebanon as they are now requesting Israel not to do?

If they were US citizens what would we do? We'd have leveled them decades ago, and no one would have blinked an eye. If you dont believe me see Afghanistan as an example.

As to why I said anti semitic nonsense, if thats what you are referring to, read the totality of his statements. If you disagree with my conclusion so be it.

But when someone ignores every provocation, little things like firing hundreds of missiles into Israel, then exxagerates the israeli response, I feel Im on pretty solid intellectual ground here. There is not even the pretense of balance in his posts. Just the evil jews startign up again like one day they woke up and decided to kill some Lebanese for shits and giggles.

The militas exited the camps several times to take food, water, and ammo resupply, from the IDF forces surrounding the camps. The IDF provided parachute flares for illumination over the camps while the militias did the deed.

Now, if the accounts of Sabr and Chatila are accurate (to the degree that they are) I would say genocide IS part of the Israeli playbook and civilians are routinely targeted. I don't know who to believe on the matter. Everyone other than Israel gives these accounts plenty of credibility.

But neither am I oblivious to reality. Israel exists. Should it have been formed? Reasonable people can disagree.

60 years later though they arent leaving unless you kill em all. So you either come to grips with their existence and work out some peace accord, or continue to imagine you can throw them into the ocean. Not perfectly, but Israel has demonstrated good will towards a peace effort over and over again. Hezbollah, Hama, Syria, and Iran among others continue to maintain a destruction of Israel platform with no concession to peace possible.

Thats fine. They can do as they wish. But dont expect me to get my underwear bunched up when they decide to smaclk around those who attack them in pursuit of that objective. If you guys want to fight, then fight. But that doesnt obligate me to join the chorus of mindless stupidity that tries to paint every act of self defense by Israel as an unreasonable act of hostility.

I understand you'd like to attack them continously without consequence, but most reasonabloe people understand that if you hit someone more than likely they're going to hit you back. They now have identified the ship as a SAAR5. There are two variants, one has a CIWS mount forward of the bridge and the other had a 76mm gun. Not sure which it was.

It wasn't a drone, but a C802 missile of Iranian origin and Red China design. Based on the French Exocet, the design is similar to the exocet only in airframe. This large missile is beyond the capability of Hezbollah to deploy, suggesting it was fired by Iranian commandos.
