Here's the thing, though. I wrote that post then went to make breakfast and while I was doing that I realized:

If some 42 year old broad had told ME when I was 21 that I would be a WAY happier individual 21 years from then than I was at that point I would have thought they were totally full of shit. I would have nodded politely went "Oh, I'm sure," and mentally made jerking off motions.

I was trying to make that point back when I created the poll asking if there should be no chicks on the site, but apparently I was being a bit too subtle.

There's a few specific individuals (and I won't mention names) who are stirring the pot on the age/female issues.

The IA board misses men as much as this board would miss women. Message boards need a mix of gender AND age AND differing viewpoints, to keep things interesting and dynamic.

The chicks are as much a part of the "issue" as the dudes are. Equal blame to both parties, IMO.

For the record, the antagonists would wilt away (I imagine) if you ladies didn't choose to participate in the douchey type threads like this. Trust me, I've put several people on ignore and the antagonism ended relatively quickly (for the most part, they still follow me around at times).

Either way, this thing is gettin old.

My ignore list is actually a mess. A while back I put everybody on EF on ignore. Literally the entire board other than a small handful of peeps. It was glorious. I haven't gotten around to taking some of them off though, lol.

My true ignore list has about 4 or 5 peeps on it.
