i dont need to prove anything because the claim is absolutely ridiculous. do the products work? yes. do they live up to these astronomical claims? no way. please dont say a half a pound of muscle a day is possible. even shutting off every other single process the body regulates throughout the day and solely focusing on muscle growth with every ounce of energy still wont result in gains of .5 lbs of muscle a day. the body simply doesnt work that way. mr. plunkey posted some good info for this debate. there is your proof. you want more? do what we all do, find the info and read up.
Honestly the only thing that's ridiculous in this thread to me is that you come in here and call bullshit on other good bros that have used the product and have nothing to gain by giving feedback. It's a throw back to what this board used to be like.
What's worse is that you haven't used a superdrol clone, so you don't really know. I like a good debate as much as anybody and mrplunkey put some good shit out there. Maybe terms like "lean dry muscle" are thrown around too casually - but that's not exclusive to this compound.
In any event, I suggest that you or any bro try it and run the proper support supps.
Peace.
i suggest you reread all of my posts. i clearly state these products will work. lets just keep the gimmicky, exaggerated numbers out of it. can someone put on 15 pounds in a month. hell yea. break that down into muscle, water, and fat. NO WAY ITS ALL MUSCLE. not even close to all muscle. id believe maybe 4 of it COULD be muscle - and that is a TON of muscle in one month. thats my point. 7 pounds of dry, lean muscle in 10 days is just too ridiculous to even begin to discuss. if a salesman stood in front of me and made that claim, i would turn around and walk away immediately. ive been training for a very long time and enjoy hearing about all the great new products but its claims like these that make me cringe.
Bro,
It would be nice if you would back up your opinions with some fact or at least first hand experience instead of coming on here and just saying "bullshit."
I tried to explain that there is no such thing as lean dry muscle (even though I described it that way) but that I'm up 7 lbs (9 lbs now) and getting stronger day by day and it doesn't seem to be bloating. In fact, I feel very dehydrated and from what I've seen in the logs this is also pretty common.
Again, I'm simply reporting on a product I paid full price for and am liking so far. I having nothing to do with the supplement industry and I'm not trying to sell you anything.
What's wrong with questioning a claim though? To me it seems like healthy skepticism is an absolute necessity to keep the entire suppliment industry in check.
If I posted that I'm two weeks into a new GNC supplement and my bench jumped from 375 to 595, is no one here supposed to question it?

i did come in with some facts here: muscle tissue, especially 1 whole pound, cannot be grown in 1 day. i dont feel i need to go through the steps of muscle growth as you seem to know it but it can be assured that there is no way 1 pound is being made in a 24hour period. i personally dont like prohormones but wont bash them. they do work, im just not a fan of orals in general. im not calling the products bunk, its the claims of growth above aas and gh that are bs. we can agree to disagree i hope.
