Yesterday i ate a triple whopper, chips, high fat jerky sticks, hella milk, beer and candy. I wake up and I look leaner, and i weigh more. wtf?
I can stay at 10% BF while eating like shit, but when i try to get special with my diet i lose weight quick and i shrink up. wtf? how can i get to single digits while not losing much weight?
