Why am I constantly staving? Do I have a tapeworm or something?

I looked at your log and I think it can be the combination of Hi.Lo.No carb.
Recovery is closely tied with what you eat before and after your workout days, if you're not giving your body what it needs to recover you are shocking your body for no reason and that will turn out to be catabolic in the long run.
Maybe a Hi.Lo carb rotation would work better.
Hope this helps

Try Corticut....replace the shakes with maybe a potatoe or 0 %fat greek yogurt after a workout. I agree with Sassy as far as the body recognizing the calorie increase. I agree because that has happened to me as well when I increased my calories. I know have a 40/30/30 with clean foods has helped me a lot. A good source of fats helps.
I would drop the protein bars. They are shit. They spike the blood sugar. Try a Gluco Bar. THey are Sooooo good. The chocolate mint taste the one of the hershey chocolate/mint bars. Yum! They are made for diabetics so they will not spike the blood sugar. And its like a treat. They have a 40/30/30 balance.
Maybe focus on really trying to stabilize the blood sugar.
Are you having cravings of foods?
How much water are you drinking?

Concerta, huh? hehe I was taking Adderall (but then switched to Strattera), and it made me really thin (of course, this was a year ago when I was already thin, like 100 lbs). I was thinking of going back on it to get better concentration, drive, and of course the thinning qualities of it. However, it may suppress my appetite too much, and then I don't eat enough to gain muscle or keep healthy. Grrr!

P.S. I'm getting off my nighttime migraine prevention meds, since it has not helped my BF at all...one of the side effects is weight gain and sugar cravings. Yikes! I'm gonna try a homeopathic approach.

I jsut started back on Trex and Sesamax this week to try to combat this feeling. I take 2 TREX twice a day. I actually get more appetite control when I take my Concerta.

3 shakes a day is to much. Those cals could be used in chicken. I can't remember the last time I had a protien shake. I eat a piece of meat right after I finsh my workout.

Yes, Adderall is an EXTREME appetite suppressant. It's like legal speed!~ I won't lie, i was buying it from this guy i knew for a while to be skinny too... and boy did it work!! Only thing was i got hooked on it and had to go through DETOX!! =((
