You didn't specify the year for Arnold. I'd like to look like him circa 1975. He's just a withered, crippled old man now. And why the hell do you have Vin Diesel as a choice?
I'm betting the voting's gonna be pretty heavily in Arnold's favor, but I guess we'll see.

You should have Steve Reeves up there too. I still don't think anyone's ever come close to him in terms of symmetry, proportion, and aesthetics.

Shawn Ray's appearance is relatively natural compared to many of these dudes. Except I would rather be 6'2 like myself, and not 5'8.
 
I personally would go for Vegeta he has better proportions than the people vhoice you have. But I guess arnold will do......

Vin Diesil is practically the IDOL body of almost everyone I talk to. Dont ask me why. The guys pretty jacked but personally I am more for the Arnold MonStar look.

I have never honestly seen Vin Diesel's legs... but hes jacked in Fast and Furious I think. I mean hes not like big big but hes pretty big for an actor etc.

I dont know Arnold is still a MonSTAR in my personally opinion.

Arnie has looked good in every flick except for the Running Man, he was a little girly man in that with his paded suit on !

I dont like the bodybuilder look myself, when it gets like these guys, it looks fake and cheesy.
Ok, the older bodybuilders dont look so fake, but still, most of the pros now are jacked on synthol and are just pumped up like ballones, i bet they are not half as strong as they look.
Maybe ronnie is since he used to powerlift, but the rest just look like toy-boy fags.

Just my opinion, but i rather the slightly more natural, bulky look.
A sprinter, american footballer type look.:D

If he competed today he would probably win all the last places (symmetry wise atleast). kevin beats arnold hands down, IN ALL FRIGGINN ASPECTS...
 
if i am right in thinking, isn't frank zane really cut? doesn't he have that leg machine ad in MuscleMag? i guess i could look his pic up, but he's who i voted for. i want to be cut like nothing else....i don't want to be big like marcus ruhl or arnold or those guys, don't get me wrong i love looking at their physique's and being amazed at the hardwork and dedication put in, i want to be big but not huge and cut like a friggin diamond...

Don't get me wrong, Vin Diesel would probably look like a house next to me, but I would put him in the "above average" category as physiques go. As was mentioned, has anyone ever seen his legs? Maybe their is a reason they are never shown (or rarely) in his movies.

His "official" height/weight that I keep seeing is 6'2", 180lbs. Now, I think that may be 'slightly' off, but if the point about the legs is true, well....

He has a BANGING body and looks great in Private Ryan, Pitch Black and Fast and the Furious. Big Fan.
As a chick though, I would like to emulate Kelly Ryan or Timea Majorovea. They're hot.

The guy is not small. If he's juiced -- looks like it. He's probably got big legs as well, unless that 180lb thing is correct, then he must have only feet.

I assume that was a pic of Vin Diesel. Funny, I'm watchin Pitch Black now... the guy's wearing regular sized pants, his lower half does NOT look big... But I'm willing to bet it's decently strong. If he's 6'2", I'd put his weight more at 220-230, his shoulders are pretty damn broad, and I'd find it hard to believe that he's 'walking on stilts'. We're actually pretty similar in build, except his arms are somewhat bigger than mine, and I'm definitely carrying more mass in the lower half... (I'm 5'11", 221)

i doubt his legs are that small, unless the 180lbs thing is right which would be pathetic. considering, im 5'9 and near that, and i've got some wheels on me. but id put him around 210 maybe.
 
I'd have to go with Arnold, that guy had genetics from Mars. Probably had the best chest and biceps of all time. His legs and back weren't bad at all either, and his calves were huge. Super slim waist as well. Complete package. Frank Zane is also one of my favourite physiques.

And what the hell is with all the Vin Diesel votes? There ain't anything special about him, shit there are people at my gym with WAY better bodies. Hell, my body is probably better (and that ain't saying much).
 
I'd say Franco Columbu in his prime of course. For one because the guy never gets respect and with my height I can actually visualize myself with his build. He also had one hell of a chest!

Hmm for me it would have to be a combo of Serge Nubret and Ade Rai. They look athletic and symmetrical

I know Ade Rai is natural he's 5'11" and weighs 200lbs. Serge weighs about the same from memory, but I dunno if he's natural or not, be he doesn't display the usual signs of drug useage :)

But Ade Rai is Asian like me aand has a small light frame so he would most probably weigh more if he had a bigger bone structure. He's quite big for 200lbs...

Vin Diesel? No way!!! The guy is tiny. I know several people who look good in A-Shirts but they are tiny.

I met Svend Karlsen last February...he is a freak. Lean at 300lbs.

Its just the angle of the pics - Ade Rai has traps - you don't win Bodybuilding comps without em :)

He does have a long neck though being an ectomorph
I saw him on ESPN American Muscle and he looks good relaxed and in motion. Not too big, he looks the way I wanna look, since I'm Asian as well :)
I figure if I get to 195 ripped, I'll be about similar size since I'm 2 inches shorter.

Serge Nubret!!!

His body looks like he could perform well in any strength, speed or beauty contest and still a natural glow over him....

I allmost love as much to look at his pics as looking at pics of hot girls.

Thinking of him , Brianna Banks and the fun we could have....
 
Vin is a puss, he's not big at all. Hell you can look like that after about 1 year of hard training drug free.

Jay Cutler is the man, that's who I'd want to look like.

This asian guy in those pic's is clean huh? How do you know, because he said he was? Please. Whose definition of clean? Does clean mean just HGH and Clen because they can't be detected. Does clean just mean that you passed a drug test?

If you think you are going to look like that without test and deca and some strong ass cutting agents, you have a long frustrating road ahead of you. Hell, most could never look that way no matter what they took.

And Serge Nubret was about as clean as I am.

Just noticed all the Vin Deisel commentary. 6 foot 2 and 170 to 180 is freakin skinny!!! I am five foot 7 and 1/2 inches tall, and weigh 220 to 230. The two guys I train with most often are 6 foot 5 and 275 (he is young and still growing) and 6 foot 2 and 300 lbs respectively.

This Deisel guy probably looks pretty big standing next to those Hollywood fags, but stand him next to a strength athlete and people are going to wonder who that skinny kid is.

And the physique I want is mine. I have worked for a long time to build it up so that I can compete in powerlifting with it. It would be a shame to trade it in after all the work.

ade rai is a cool guy in person. my old workout partner and I had dinner with him at a past musclemania a few years back. real humble and down to earth. he's a big boy but doesnt dwarf people like the chemical boys. he looked like a normal spectator when we were out, but he guest posed later that night and was sharp. a bodybuilder, but normal looking, thats cool. :)
 
Hahha I saw Ronnie of ESPN American Muscle a few years back, and while he was big then, he's much bigger now! And he could barely walk properly then, damn arms don't swing much ;)


Bignate - that's cool! I've seen Ade Rai only in ESPN AM footage, and he looks real good just standing around at the gym. Big, but still limber. You can tell the roid users from the naturals. Ade Rai does not look like a roid user. Sure he maybe be bigger than lots of guys using roids, but look at his weight! 200-205lbs ripped at contest at 6 feet or so is not very heavy for a roid user :)
Its all genetics. He seems to be lean all year round.

Naturals have this harder tighter look to the muscle. Drug users
have bigger bloatier look to their muscles, and much more vascularity and that certain "density". Its funny, some roid users even when ripped have chubby faces.. ie Dorian Yates :D
If you have seen him when he was younger, its so damn obvious
he chemicaled up big time just by looking at his face vs him years back when he was natural. All IMO of course.
 
Vin Diesel? What the fuck? Anybody can look like that in about 3 months of lifting. Plus, you won't have to have a face that looks like it was beat with a shovel.

I would like to have a body like Brendan Fraser in George of the Jungle, he wasn't that big, but he was really cut.

BTW Vin Diesel is short, and has a really ugly face, do we keep our height and faces, or would that be changed too?

I would have to go with edward norton's body in American History X, that along with mickey rourke in Bullet were the inspirations for getting back up after a devastating set of shoulder injuries

Bill Pearl or Chuck Sipes!They were huge and had the look of power because they were as strong as they look.
 
Flex Wheeler pissed off the wrong people.

He should have won the olympia a couple of times without a doubt. He definitely should have beaten Ronnie Coleman. I always thought Coleman was pretty symmetrical and balanced, but I just felt he had an ugly look for some reason.

Shawn Ray without doubt should have won once. I think it might have been the 98-'00 olympia that he should have won. Perfect everything. He was also very full, yet ripped to the bone and dry as can be. I'm not sure I have ever seen another guy peak so perfectly for an O as Shawn Ray did that time.

Wow are you wrong. Arnold probably has the best genetics out of any bodybuilders to this day. He didn't pump himself full of chemicals an turn himself into a science project like everyother BB today. If he did you wouldn't be saying how good Ronnie and jay cutler look
