I personally have and have eaten the triscuits and the ww ritz. I like them both but the ritz have a lot more ingredients and one of which is High fructose corn syrup. The triscuits are just Wheat, salt, soybean oil, and monoglycerides.
I'd try the triscuits first. The garden herb are really yummy too
