i listen to the news while getting dressed

after supplementing, i wait 1 hour to eat

after eating i begin my day by transporting my son to school..

I then run a couple of errands if need be

returning home around 10am..

at which time i consume my 2nd meal of the day

after that i answer emails, fill orders, return phone calls

 

[SpyWizard]

then I have lunch

 

[SpyWizard]

I then allow for up to 2 hours for face to face meetings before prep for the gym,

 

[SpyWizard]

after the gym i refeed
