Wll first off I've been having great results from training my abs several times a day I do them at the gym after every workout and if I'm around the house I'll just bang out some leg lifts or crunchs what ever. Now I've read in a few magazines and shit of bodybuilders training forearms and calves several times a week.Do any of you do this and if so how's it been working out.

1. i wouldnt trust much from a magazine

2. most bodybuilders have certain 'help' that allows them to train bodyparts more than most other people who aren't a pro bb.

I train my calves every day usually, and I do work them alot too and my calves are quite shapely now. I don't use any sort of supplements, nor have I ever, nor do I plan to. The calves, abs, and forearms are just harder muscles to target, so I consider working them more often.

some people can train like that. i cant, without going half-ass. 1 intense workout a week was enough to keep me sore for a few days and i have decent-sized calves. but alas, no more bodybuilding shit training for me

Ive been skipping regularly lately and have noticed a good increase in size and shape of my calves. I skip 3-4 times a week either after weights or on off days. Dont do any other calf work either.

Good cardio too.

Yeah, just get a magical pixie wand and wings and you can go around on Halloween with little kids, and get them all into the habit of cardio and calf-shaping! ^^ I think I'll join in. Tra la la la la

(Not meant to make fun, jes' messin' around)
