Yup, pretty much sums it up. If I'm stuck and need protein or a certain supp (like milk thistle or whatever) ASAP, I'll run over to GNC and empty my wallet out for a 2lb tub of whey.

Its usually expensive and I always go online for my supps but out of desperation i went there last week and i got 5lbs of whey for 30 dollars. Granted they were having like a 90% discount that week.

It is expensive and I noriced that one supplement store in my area is still cheaper even with the stupid gold card they offer. Online buying is the way to go.

I used to buy from GNC back when I first started working out, everytime I went in I would use a fake name for a gold card member and tell them it was from another part of Canada... Suckers always fell for it.

They are stupidly over priced, luckly there is a local shop where they sell everything near close to internet pricing.

Gold Card is a scam though, just my two cents.

Anyone have good shops or online shops for Ontario, in the GTA?
