GNC's multi sucks!! Also known as "Mega-Men"

Alot of people say, "multis are multis or vitamins are vitamins"
This is not really true. It depends on how they make the product. You may not be absorbing much of the values they show on the bottle.

hmm i only buy the weight gain from there when its on sale and with my gold card on top of it so i get the 6lb tubs or what ever they weight for like 15-20$ a piece. If anyone knows a cheaper better place please inform me.

I use www.bulknutrition.com...pretty cheap, after the first buy you don't pay any more shipping, and they always give me free extra cool stuff to go with it...pretty neat.
