Havnt in years and wont again, Used to when i was like 16 and it was about 1996 before there were better options readily available and I was an idiot, by the way I'm a genius now!

Or some fat old hag, which looks like she knows nothing about nutrition, will recommend I take the Muscletech "Stack" which is some outrageous price. I
I'm like WTF and walk out remembering why I don't shop at GNC.
i went in there and tried to start some small talk with the kid behind the counter (it was a high wallish counter i only seen his face) .. asking him what he thought of nano vapor .. he responded with a "ahhh you know im not to familiar with the product" and began to work his way around the counter .. i couldnt help bt laugh when i seen the 115lb soaking went figure walk around the corner white as a ghost looks like he hasnt been outa the science lab in 6 years never mind at a gym .. not only do they have useless employees but the price markup is rediculous

Tell me where I can find a vitamin with a 50mg B-complex and, I could list them all from my head, but you'd just think I copied it; a high potency of vitamins, minerals, and herbs, complete, without iron, that is both pharmeceutical grade and without any fillers, that is on a timed-release so my body is properly able to absorb all the nutrients, and also that only costs $10 a month.

This is a better qualitly product for vitamins. NSI is a good company. This B complex has more b1, b6, and b12. There are 180 caps, so at one a day thats about 6 months and that translates to about $3.50 a month, and thats shipped to your doorstep while your drinking your coffee in your boxers.

Use to, but never again as it is way too overpriced and every experience I've had with customer service in those places have been downright pitiful. I don't need some jackass to shove what whatever product the corporate owner of the store thinks should sell more that particular month with super hype.

i have a perfect example as to why i use GNC sometimes. almost two weeks ago now i ordered 3 5lb jugs of whey protein from an online company, still haven't seen it. I always order when i have about 1/2 a jug left and it usually comes within a few days. I do down to GNC, pick it up and go home with it. I may pay more, but it is there and available.
the down side to GNC......the 3 jugs of whey i ordered + shipped to my house is barely more than one jug at GNC, lol!

I know this is an old dead thread, but i have a good reason not to shop there. I was home on post-deployment leave. Had been in the gym for a week just eating clean food, and decided it was time to "supp-up". I had just got done with 6 months of not lifting and just working so i figured i would be really sensitive to pretty much anything. My shopping list consisted of No-Xplode and just some good protein with some good cals to it. After about an hour of being lied to and told about all the

I finally told the guy "im not interested, im pretty knowledgable about supplementation and just want to grab my preworkout and some protein". Well this i guess pissed this motherfucker off. So im checking out and i ask if they have a military discount, ya know, it never hurts to ask in a place like that because its sometimes like 10 percent or maybe 15. Well this prick laughs in my face, and then says "you dont take my advice and now you want a discount". I walked out of the store and hit the gym hard, then went on a really long run that night just to cool off. Needless to say i ate a turkey sandwhich and my shit hit my doorstep 4 days after i ordered it online. fuck gnc. if you ever feel like going to blows and getting in a fistfight i suggest GNC.

Yup, pretty much sums it up. If I'm stuck and need protein or a certain supp (like milk thistle or whatever) ASAP, I'll run over to GNC and empty my wallet out for a 2lb tub of whey.
GNC sucks! Way overpriced!

It is expensive and I noriced that one supplement store in my area is still cheaper even with the stupid gold card they offer. Online buying is the way to go.
I used to buy from GNC back when I first started working out, everytime I went in I would use a fake name for a gold card member and tell them it was from another part of Canada... Suckers always fell for it.
They are stupidly over priced, luckly there is a local shop where they sell everything near close to internet pricing.
Gold Card is a scam though, just my two cents.

The thing to buy there ONLY is nearly expired protein bars. They keep boxes of bars on the shelves for like a yr and if you find some about 2 months from expiration they'll sell them for 75% off. I'd buy a box of 20 bars for $5. Other than that, GNC should be for same day emergencies only. And if you have a vitamin shoppe then go there before gnc.
one time i got a RTD protein there because I had to run errands and didnt want to miss my window of oppurtunity lol
