It's good to see working out playing a positive role in people's lives and giving them a reason to quit smoking. Although it's often buried underneath steroids and countless ergogenics, bodybuilding and weight training are very healthy.
I do think it's pretty hypocritical to see people post (not just here, but on other threads as well) about the horrors of smoking tobacco, yet go on to praise marijuana. So what's the horror with smoking tobacco? The fact that it's smoking, thus implying smoking anything is harmful, or is it the nicotine, making dip just as bad? Or is it solely the frequency of using one of the aforementioned... but does that really make it "safe"? It's easy to dig up medical research on the harms of cigar smoking as well, but needless to say, all these things have damaging effects on the body, just in different ways. Lots of people seem to be splitting hairs on the boards WRT these items.
