WHO here feels that 200 mg Protein/day is sufficient?

I have all sorts of horrid constipation issues with higher protein levels. Thinking about adjusting them for good!

I have been abusing laxatives JUST TO take shits once/day to every other day! Fucking abnormal!

I've tried digestive enzymes, laxatives, all sorts of fiber, i drink tons of water.high protein just wrecks me bowel-wise. :(

So....Anyone gain nicely on ust 200 grams Protein grams/protein per day?
 
.it all depends on your weight tbh....and how much you wanna put on aswell.For me personally that amount is prolly just about right for maintainance
 
I think all in bb know that for getting good muscle one gotta eat as much as protein as his own weight.ie if u weigh 200 lbs take 200 gms protein or even more.
Also take good multi-vitamins and some liver tabs for good digestion .
 
I eat a lot of frozen veggies (cooked and thawed of course) with my protein meals and everything stays regular. Perhaps try eating raw fruits/veggies if you haven't yet.

14% bdy fat

I TYPICALLY eat 300 grams/day.

2 shakes, the rest grilled chicken and red meat.
 
Green Vegtables work wonders.

Also you can try getting an MPR with fiber in it, such as vxp super food(it tastes like shit) or Myoplex deluxe
 
Find a vegatable you like (in my case broccoli). Find a dressing or dip you like (in my case, chunky blue cheese). Go with a massive bowl of that vegatable along with a dip you really like. Down at least one per day -- two or three if you can.

Regulation problems solved!
