Who has a some tips to help me avoid cheating on my diet??

today the cravings have been so-so bad....

i haven't caved in yet though.

i've consumed 4 diet sodas already, chewed 9 pieces of gum, and drank 4 glasses of green tea in an attemp to curb these cravings.

whose got some more suggestions??
 
I have heard of a clinic that is very expensive, they do a long, intense mental and physical exam on you. They force you to eat right and quit smoking too. Their methods are extreme though. They have been known to hurt loved ones and to cut off your fingers if any of their 'watchers' see you cheating.
 
For 5k a day, I will come to your house with a baseball bat and a gun. If you cheat, I will beat the living fuck out of you. I will be your constant companion 24/7, I will accompany you everywhere. The bathroom, the gym, I will sit in a chair next to your bed while you do your gf. And if I hear the fridge door crack open in the middle of the night, ill crack you over the head, tie you up in a chair, and order $60.00 worth of carryout and eat every fucking bit of it right in front of you.

And ill use your credit card to pay for it.

that wasn't a fucking suggestion. Send me plane tickets and the first week upfront. You wont be disappointed. What was your goal-95lbs? No problem!

My friend, anabolicmd, suggested I try Atkins chocolate for chocolate cravings. One serving size only has 2g net carbs. It taste like KitKats. I tried some today for the first time.

They are great, but I had to give them up anyway. I cant just have a little chocolate, one taste and I have to eat more. Its actually much easier to stick to my diet that way. Every two weeks Ill have pizza and ice cream, and that day is today!

I haven't had a cheat day in two weeks now. I only have 2 more weeks of dieting. I can't wait!

Every two weeks works for me. I doubled up on my workouts though. Instead of four days, and four workouts, I do everything in two days and two workouts. Actually, this week Ill have pizza today, and ice cream tomorrow, for the big fight.

Oh you are training differently now too?

I'm still training the way I last told you I was. I have muscles now. :D

When I go back home in the next few weeks I will show you.

Oh, Im still training the same way, but Im doing twice the work in each workout, like this:

My old workout was like so:
day one squats and clean pulls
day two overhead lifts and arms
day three deadlifts
day for chest and back

Now, I do this:
day one squats, overheads and arms
day two clean pulls, chest and back
no deadlifts for a while, clean pulls only for now, but more volume.

BTW, Im glad you are liking my low rep suggestions. Cant wait to see your progress.

Don't get too excited. Its not like you are going to see me with HUGE muscles or anything.

Pick a central goal in your universe. Something that you hold tightly to. Trick your mind into believing that you must complete your diet or else the central goal crumbles.

I use this method and it helps me get to whatever goal I am after.

Well, my back settled down a bit with some rest and Viox, but it gets a little sore now and then and I back off the last most grueling set when that happens, but its no biggie, I still get in plenty of work regardless. Deadlifts are the worst for it, everything else is ok. Dont worry, Im not expecting you to be all hulked out, just like I wont be at 6% bodyfat even though my diet is going awesome.
 
Have your stomach stapled, you fat ass lard piece of shit. J/K of course. I can't believe people actually have that done. It's a major surgery and all they have to do is control their eating and exercise but they would rather have a major surgery. Sick.

Actually its not that bad bro. Im starting to lose my joy over cheat days. I ate my pizzsa today, and it didnt make me happy. the thought of it did, but the actual act of chowing it down was actually anticlimactic.
