No I rep 3 plates 12 times.
I push 4 plates 5-6 times.
I pushed 4 plates and a 25 once on barbell.
What's hard to understand.
You still have to stabilize. One difference is your wrist isn't supenated.
Thats real weight on there, no other way to disguise it.
You start halfway through your "normal Rom"
Where you would normally get stuck.
