If you make it yourself at home - it can be extremely healthy. The problem with most restaurant meals is that they load up the dishes with oil and high calorie condiments
I think it is fantastic. The key is to watch the "other" stuff they put in it. If it is a fast food style place they are likely adding a ton of garbage to an otherwise healthy meal.
We have one of the best Thai foods ever here.. they put probably the most meat in it than any other place that I've been too. Love the food - healthy, EXCEPT they load it up on salt.. how do I do.. cuz i'm bloated for the rest of the day..
