Whites&yolks?

I kinda feel like a jack ass asking, but im finding so much conflicting info i don't know what to think.
So does anyone know
Cals,
Carb,
Protein,
Fat.
For one medium size egg yolk and one medium size egg white separately?
 
im sure youll find you answer, but it doesnt matter eggs yolk and all are to me a must. Even if your trying to loose weight your better cutting fat that you are ditching the yolk. Best food you can eat before bed , best food to eat in the amstray... btw this really doesnt belong in the aas forum..... theres a section on ef for it broham ;)
 
I get where you guys are coming from and i agree 100%
But im trying to cut some bf so i thought i could try the 2 yolks to a cup of whites.
This way i could still get the benefit of the protein/fat activater but loose some of the cals?
Either way i still need to know so i can get me macro's lined up.
If anyone has another option i would love to here it.

As I stated I think its best to eat the whole egg
Even if your trying to loose weight your better cutting fat that you are ditching the yolk

cut out somthing else rather than killing the egg.
 
Whole eggs are the best AAS you can take btw ,not even tren can come close to the anabolic effects of a decent diet :)
 
I eat 6 times a day
I want to do eggs as 3 of my proteins.
For example:
Meal 1 eggs,oats
Meal 2 fish,b.rice
Meal 3 eggs,sweet potatoes
Meal 4 tuna,black beans
Meal 5 eggs,broccoli
Meal 6 chicken,broccoli
Normally i would eat i cup of eggs witch is about 5 medium eggs.
Thats 15 eggs total,i think this will take me over my fat cal total witch is about 540.
Thats why im trying to find some reliable info so i'll know what to do...either eat less total eggs or cut some of the yolks out?
 
replace some of that with beef or turkey bro.... eggs I eat like 3-4 in the am and anywhere from 3-6 at night. Im sure you know but just remember there are many diff types of protein and timing of the meal can be very important.

i too eat like 6-7 meals a day so I know what your talking about.. Replace mid day eggs with another source of protein fish, chicken beef, turkey ect. Eggs are a good morning protein mainly bc not alot of people like to smash down a turkey burger as soon as they wake up imop but its an even better night time protein bc its a slow protein and helps with over night growth. Dont forget your milk either....
 
The combination of white and yolk makes for a perfect amino acid ratio. Also, the yolk used to be considered anabolic by the old time bodybuilders , namely for the fact that cholesterol is needed to produce testosterone.

Just be sure to get the protein you will be cutting from meats!!!!

How does every1 here eat their eggs? Poached? Boiled?

I believe one large egg has about 7 grams of protein......I only eat one yolk per day as the yolk contains saturated fat which is the #1 fat u should avoid......eat mainly whites as they are the most bio-available protein u can ingest
 
The problem is not the "egg white" or "egg yolk" is it everything else you are eating during the day! If you analyze each other meal/protein source carb etc. like you have done for tyour egg, you will def. find a plan that works. Just be concious of all other meals also!
 
can some please help i am trying to start a new thread but cant find a way of starting anywere why is it si hard sorry to post this but i am going to start a really good one and need you guys help thanks
 
Just go to the forum Home Page and in the top left hand corner there will be a button "black box" that says "New Thread" just make sure you post the topic in the right sub-forum/section or you will probably get banned...LOL
