white history month parade float.

Fuck I lean lib and I still would have been laughing my ass off at that float. Most of the black people "I think" would have been rolling too cause they have awesome senses of humor.
 
Black people would have liked it because he was selling watermelons.
 
Black people would be laughing at a person who still makes a living as a watermelon farmer in this day and age.
 
It's a shame that the profession of growing food is nosed down on still. Like it's not a serious profession. It's possibly the most serious profession of em all. Maybe that's why our food sucks. :whatever:
 
I grow watermelons in my back yard too. I didn't realize anybody made a full-time living out of strictly growing watermelons. Must make for a pretty boring stand at the local farmers market.

its not nosed down on everywhere. I grew up in a small farm town and the best farmers do better than probably 99% of people on this board.

I really dont see what the issue is. If white folks want a white history month , go ahead. It would probably be celebrated at the same percentages as black history month... somewhere under 10% of that population
 
I am going to start a mixed race mutt history month. I claim December as nothing special happens in that month.
 
Most people up here in Canada would have been right fuck rolling in their beers if they saw that float come by. Minorities included. I hope we never lose that sense of humor or it might be time to pack right up and fuck off. I think it's because our professional athletes can assault each other and only have to go sit in a corner for 5 minutes and think about what they've done. :biggrin:
