For several years I thought it was stupid and forbid anyone I knew to use that term. Now I am starting to think its ok, even a bit cool.

It IS pretty cool :D
 
Bad lower back so I can bend over to do barbell rows and put the strain on it. DB rows for me. Im strict most of the time, Id be lying if I said I didnt twist with the last rep or two.
 
Barbell Rows are supposed to be king and they are great, but honestly I tend to find myself doing dumbell rows most of the time.

I've seen plenty of big backs built from mainly deadlifts and dumbell rows.
 
Yeah I used to be a big fan of barbell rows but I feel it's easier to go strict with db rows. However my school gym only goes to 100's so I may have to go back to barbell rows
 
I like db rows just because I feel like I am more strict but we only goto 110s and im hitting them for 12 and 14 reps. Might do some single arm cable rows
