Hmmm, never tried pendlay, don't really know why, im gonna do those on Wednesday. So u have u back pretty close to parallel with the floor and u want the weight to go dead with every rep?? Kind set up if u were going to do a deadlift but then row?

I voted bent over (barbell) rows, but after reading about the pendlay rows, I'm going to give them a try...and I have a feeling I might change my opinion once I give them a fair shot for awhile.
