Use for your first cycle, and why ?

I know you guys have a lot off wisdom and knowledge that could benefit newbies immensly.

Currently im finding it hard to pick between Test Enth or Sust.

I have decided through reading up and what guys told me yesterday that 500 will be more than enough.

So if it was you, what would you do ?

I think for your first time a single ester will be just fine, like enth or cyp at 400-500mg a week 8-10 weeks

id say enth at 400-600 for 10 weeks is a near perfect first cycle..

enanthate is my favorite. 500 per week is ideal!

I would defintaly say sust for the gain part. I like having the different esters hitting at differerent times. I always seem to do better on sust. But I would go with enanthate for the pain part. Sustanons seem to be a lot more painfull to me than enanthate does.

Could you use Sust to kick start the Enth ?

Like Use Sust at 500 for the first two weeks, Then carry on with Enth wks 2 - 12 ??

No that really wouldn't work at all. If your looking for a kickstart use test prop or dbol.

Qhat did u run it at? and what gain's you keep bro ?

500mg,added dbol at the end until I start clomid,I added about 25,kept 18 or so
