Personally I would choose neither.. I prefer hitting rear delts with bent over dumbell raises, dumbell raises while face down on an incline bench, face pulls, chest supported rows.. Plus they are hit on dumbell rows and barbell rows...

its used for wide grip bent over rows to the chest.
