any protein supplement is fine, because it is just that, a SUPPLEMENT. just use what you can afford to help you get enough protein that you can't get from whole foods. personally I think the only time a protein supplement is best is for PWO when Whey is used because it is fast absorbing. Of course depending on your own schedule other proteins may help you. If you're just talking about PWO then you need some Whey. If it's for a day time shake or a pre-bed type thing then I would recommened casein protein since it is much slower digesting than whey.
