I would say optimum nutrition whey protein is the best. It works and it not as high as Eas. I think high dollar stuff is a rip off. Optimum isnt the cheapest out there but it is definitly my favorite.

flame away, but I think the Mass Quantities 3/60 is some good stuff. Ive tried a shitload of powders and I like this the best.

I have a pound of optimum menthoxy left if anyone wants it.
