Which Exercises should I use a belt on?

I really depends. It is better not to use a belt if you can avoid it because it builds more core strengh. If you have somekind of back problems then you should use one. I only use a belt on my heavy squats sets. That is only time I would really use one unless you have a medical reason to.
 
none, I havent used one in over 5 years and have made much better progress, size and strength wise, without one
 
I am currently "weening" myself off a belt now. Wish I had never started using one.

If you decide to not use one, make sure you work your abs regularly and concentrate tightening them during heavy lifting.
