Which Cycle Is Better?

Here's the basics: I'm just over 5'6" and weigh 145 lbs. I'd like to gain 30 to 40 lbs over the next year or so. I had planned on starting the following cycle in a few weeks until a friend told me I should consider Jintropin instead.

Anybody have any thoughts about what would be better for me?

Possibility 1:
10 week cycle of Equipoise, Dianabol - methandrostenolone - , Sustanon, and ending with Nolvadex or Clomid to maintain gains.

Week Equipoise Sustanon Dianabol - methandrostenolone - Novladex/Clomid
1 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
2 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
3 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
4 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
5 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
6 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week 25-30 mg/day
7 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week
8 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week
9 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week
10 200-400 mg/week 500 mg/week
11 40 mg/day
12 40 mg/day
13 40 mg/day
14 40 mg/day
15 40 mg/day

OR

Possibility 2: doing a cycle of Jintropin. Maybe adding a steroid like equipoise to it.

Neither. You need to get bigger first or you'll never gain 30 pounds, with or without all the gear in the world.

More training, more food, BIG BLAST,UNLEASHED, more training more food. Repeat. Ask again in 6 months or so.

Too early for gear, my young friend. Please lift natty for the next year or two and pick up 30-40 pounds of muscle by routine hard heavy lifting, as well as, clean diet, ample sleep etc. You have probably heard this before. Please do YOURSELF a favor and wait until you are closer to maxing out natually.
At 145 you are 30 pounds too early IMO.

Seems I left out some important information... I'm 42. When I started working out 6 years ago I weighed 115 lbs. So I've gained 30 since then. I work out 4 to 5 days a week. As far as eating goes, I eat 4 to 5 meals a day which apparently isn't enough since I've been hovering around 145 lbs. for at least 2 years. Anyway, I thought doing a cycle (in combination with eating right) would get me past my 145 lbs.plateau.

I think Nelson is right, but if you decide to run a cycle, simple test 250mg per week for ten weeks should give you a nice boost. However you should get your diet in check to make best gains possible.

Agree with Nelson as well... 30-40 lbs is a huge jump for a 145-lb frame... even if you did gain that much in a year, you'd never *KEEP* it... your body just wouldn't allow it... gain as much of that as possible NATURALLY by EATING, EATING, AND EATING SOME MORE! Then, once you've reached a plateau after that, then consider a cycle. You'd be surprised how much you can grow just by increasing calories.

Bro, you do as you please. I'm just giving my opinion. I've seen a lot of smaller guys blow up then lose it all because it's mostly water weight.
Consider this. If you gain 30 pounds in 16 months lifting natty, that will be permenant muscle, provided you do all the right things. 30 pounds can be gained natty, no problem in 12-18 months. You gotta work for it.
If you juice NOW and get to 165, I promise you will lose at least half of it post cycle.
If you are maxed out natually now, then run a 12 week test E/C cycle.
