Which would be the best for buying gear? Should I buy it then send it to myself in the States?

The TJ city jail isnt bad its more of a holding center, they just take your cell and make phone calls, take your shoes and make you piss in your holding cells which are actually shit and piss filled showers,TJ County is worse than LA even the whites are surenos , county all southsiders, I stayed at la ocho, for any of you ever locked up in tj for long enough you will cringe with me when you hear that name

stay away from that place, not worth clubbin, not worth nothin.
