In the end of the day, cardio is cardio, so you can just do whatever you enjoy the most. Make sure to do cardio regularly, as it is very important for heart health.
The reason for doing cardio is to burn calories. Anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up is a great option. One is not better then the other.
