Which bcaa’s are best?

I was wondering which bcaa’s were the best to use?
I’m currently sitting right at 250 pounds
my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. I'm not so worried about gaining strength. what do you supplement help me or hurt me

none, bcaa's are a waste of money

we already get too much of them. if i were to tell you the truth that getting too many of them was actually bad for you then most wouldn't believe me but it is true.
