If your not concerned with extra calories and not dieting down then by all means use milk.
 
Yep - I'm with enrage on this one...

I tend to avoid using milk when I want to get really lean - I just find that the milk leaves me looking smooth...

...people tend to underestimate the carbs that can add up from milk in the diet...especially if you're sucking back a few litres of milk per day....sure it's chock full of protein and calcium - but relatively speaking it also packs a punch of sugars....

Try switching to water if you're having trouble losing that last layer of subcutaneous fat....
 
Good posts. I think even when you're bulking, it's good to keep a limit on dairy and animal fat. I used to use 1% or skim in my shakes. Then I got used to using water and have never gone back.
