Yep - I'm with enrage on this one...
I tend to avoid using milk when I want to get really lean - I just find that the milk leaves me looking smooth...
...people tend to underestimate the carbs that can add up from milk in the diet...especially if you're sucking back a few litres of milk per day....sure it's chock full of protein and calcium - but relatively speaking it also packs a punch of sugars....
Try switching to water if you're having trouble losing that last layer of subcutaneous fat....
