EAS whey tastes like ass monkeye

and, "alot of people take whey wit water? any suggestions?" Yeah i suggest you mix it w/ water. :D

really what flavor do u have...i think vanilla tastes good...what whey u think think tastes better? designer..i think designer is nasty...agree anyone?

I've found that I don't really like protein powder in water nearly as much as I like eating the powder straight w/ a spoon.

RE: whey b4 bed....NO!

Whey is a fast acting protein that digests in about two hours, this makes it perfect for post-work out shake when mixed with simple carbs. A slow acting protein like casein(cottage cheese) or a blend of proteins(Labrada ProV60) will keep your body anabolic most of the night.

asone....

like i said... EAS (vanilla) tastes like ass monkeye and i can only imagine mixed w/ water it would taste either like, baboon shit or orangatang crap.
seriously... a good tasting whey IMO is Optimum's and SportsOne.
And who really gives a crap if you mix it w/ water or not? Unless you're EXTREMELY strict on your calories.

re

I agree w/ asone. A quality whey/casein/egg protein is your best bet for a late night protein. Flax oil and ZMA are also worthwhile pre-sleep supplements.

Yup...you wanna have a blend before bed...micellar casein,whey,egg albumin....Dorians Pro Peptide,Muscle links Pro Fusion,Biotests Advanced Protein,Syntraxs new Isomatrix...all great products

Whey in fact is really only useful before or right after a workout with carbs....
