Wheres BrickGirls cutting diet?

A friend of mine helped me out by coming up with this:
Meal 1-3/4 cup oats, 1 wheat bagel (about 2oz), 175ml egg whites
532 cals/69g protein/4g fat/50g carbs

Meal 2-protein powder,2tbs pb,1tbs flax
440 cals/39g protein/30g fat/6g carbs

Meal 3-1.5 cans tuna, 1 cup brown rice
545 cals/55g protein/5g fat/64g carbs

Meal 4-6oz chicken breast, 2oz peanuts
516 cals/51g protein/30g fat/12g carbs

Meal 5- protein powder, 60g maltodextrin, 1 banana
440 cals/31g protein/0g fat/80g carbs

Meal 6-9oz top sirloin, 1/2 cup green beans
532 cals/78g protein/6g fat/1g carbs

Meal 7-1/2 can tuna, 30g almonds
242 cals/18g protein/16g fat/7g carbs

Totals-2889 cals/341g protein/91g fat/220g carbs

I got the numbers and ratios as close as i could to a 40/30/30

Lets see, that looks like 193.5grams protein (774 calories), 89.5grams carbs (358 calories) , and 29grams of fat (261 calories).

Total 1393 calories. <----is that enoughh?????????????
 
Maybe increase that to about 1800-2000 cals the carbs were too high on your first diet.. You can try rotating high/low but stay around 100-150 for high and 30-60 for low.
 
BG is doing excellent on her cutting diet....and shes on ox so i think the low/mod calorie diet wont be so bad.

TV i think u should just see how u respond....if u not dropping wieght than just drop the cals more. good luck chica!
