no not gear, whats a good place to buy supps online get a good price and quality ??
and i havent been in this game long so whats a good brand of protein shake to use ?? ive been drinking muscle milk and damn that shit is good almost too good , any ideas as to what brand i could stick to for supps and still not get raped on price ??

ps i was on dpsnutrition but there is so much to choose from and for some reason i feel that some of the cheap products are not gonna be what they are cracked up to be i guess dps has good prices i just need some ideas as to what to buy , any feedback appreciated
