My first few self-injections were glute, but once I tried quads, I've never looked back. (I didn't intend the pun, but it is amusing to me now :p). I like quads because it is an easy reach, and easy to control, keep your hands steady, relax the muscle, etc. But ultimately, you gotta find what works for you.

I did Quads the first time.. and love them... you can see what you're doing... I've done glute shots... but honestly don't like them much.. I like to see what's up.. and don't like twisting around...

I did chest the other day... that was interesting.. Ummm... I've also hit delts.. that's it though...

When I was younger I did glutes because I thought that was the safest, obviously I didn’t know much then. Once I tried thighs I have never looked back.

I use to do Glutes all the time however I now switch up evenly with quad shots as well. Its easier to aspirate and inject in the Quad.

lol honestly a newb shouldn't inject himself. lol but my first on was glute than i switched to thigh cuz its easier to control. really depends on what your injecting test prop gave me a mean limp every time i injected my thigh.

I've been hitting glutes with 1cc test E e4d, but it's a little awkward of a position and hard to aspirate. Quad seems much easier, but I have 1.5 inch pins, should I just go in 1 inch in the quad?

I've gone all the way into my quads with 1.5" pins, and it's fine

i said quads because its a great practice place. hard to mess up, you can be sitting down, you can see, you can use both hands.

glutes can get tricky, and you run the risk of hitting your sciatic nerve, and it can be hard to reach so you have to go one handed, etc

I personally inject both however prefer the glute due to the amount of gear I can inject with out experiencing an pain from it. Best of luck to you.:artist:

I'm with Arabian. No pain in the glutes and you can take in a bunch of gear. I like delts too for less than 2ml.

Have someone else do it and in the glute with proper knowledge is best for a beginner if possible.

Well my own opinion is to inject wherever it suits you, provided there's enough muscle tissue, but do it slowly. I always just use 1" needles instead of 1 1/2"; but it depends how thick you are.
I've injected in my quads, deltoids and biceps. But I always do it slowly. If while you're inserting, you hit a nerve...don't push through it!
Stop! back out a little, and re-angle the needle where you don't feel pain or nerve trauma. Pushing through nerves can lead to problems...this has been documented countless times.
The glutes have fewer nerves but you could also hit the sciatica and that really sucks! But if you know where you're stabbing, no worries.
Be mindful of what you're doing to avoid problems.

Just my 2 cents!

I use Delts, tris, glutes, forearms :)

I have never found any info on how to inject the forearm. I would love a lesson.
I mean if your forearms are anything like mine they are covered in veins.
I can't imagine where i could pin and not hit a vein.

I love the quad. No pain, perfect control it's right in front of ur face no twisting of the body, simple and quick

Ive hit forearms once, couldnt hold too much... Lats was interesting to me.... I would say Glute is the best site.... Worse ever for me.... 200mg prop/100mg of tren in the delt... 3 mg, burning was for days.... delts are normally good... Quads kill me everytime... instant piip

Truthfully, it's the same way others inject other parts, with their own map of veins,..Find a section in-between the veins and 'go for it!'
In fact, veins are close to the skin, so don't worry about them if you're going in with a 1" or 1 and half" pin.
Try to aim in between the veins and you'll be okay. :qt:
Anything that goes much deeper, is likely more pain than pleasure. (not worth mentioning).

Injecting Quads re ideal IMO, especially if injecting yourself. You have much more control and can use two hands with one to hold and stabilize the syringe while using your other hand to inject. This can lead to a much more painless injection too

I agree with Rick. That's where in inject 90% of the time.

I agree as well...that and I cant turn around to see my ass well enough to stick it, so my wife injects me in my glute when needed...as I rotate 6 different sites.

Just go for the quad but...not that hard, lots of places to change to, switch between the left leg and right leg and it goes great with a 27g 1.25"-1.5" needle.

I prefer quads and glutes, glutes because of the almost complete lack of sensation involved, quads because you can see what you're doing and no twisting! other sites I've tried are biceps, calves, delts which were all fairly uncomfortable, and lats but I hit a vein on my second shot and haven't pinned there again since... I'd love to get comfortable with one more site but just haven't found something thats working for me yet....

Glutes

I like tris. There relatively easy. Also chest you can do two handed so that's quite a easy one. Is a bit daunting first time though.
I actually did my first quad inject. It's an easy pin, however I couldn't walk properly for two days. Bit of a problem as I have an active job. May want to take that into consideration.
I found flutes difficult because of the twisting round, wasn't sure if I was in the right place.

Overall I find tris and delts easiest

Dude, with your abs, try there. I do 1 to 1.5 c in my abs and it works great. And, you didn't mention ventro glute. When I am pinning 2 or 3 c it's glutes or ventro glutes. Works good. But pin them abs. I have a 4 or 6 pack to choose from, you have 8. 8 new spots!
