Where oh Where is your protein (This is my diet)

I am on my first Test E cycle. My bulking diet normally consists of this.

8:45 am 2 scoops ON whey with whole milk 2 eggs blended in
2 pieces of wheat bread 1 banana

10:45 1 animal pack and water

11:45 peanut butter sandwich

12:30 one colossal metrx bar (31 grams protein 400 cals)

2:15 1/2 chicken with green beans yams or corn (BBQ place next door so its easy sides vary on what I want that day)

4:30 Lean Turkey Salami Sandwich

6:30 1 scoop ON whey with whole milk (30 grams protein)

8:30-9:30 Chicken breast 8oz / Steak with rice beans spinach whatever I choose of those for din din.

10:30 2 heaping scoops muscle milk with whole milk and chocolate ice cream.
Lots of water 1 gallon or more a day.
How does it look constructive criticism is welcome ( dont be too mean though) also I was considering stopping at the quicki mart and buying a half gallon of milk ed and chugging it down at work before it gets cold to up my cals and protein. Would that be good? I currently weigh 211lbs trying to get up to 235 or so and I have 11 more weeks of my 15 week cycle. Think it can be done?
 
I see alot of fat and sodium...
i would just cut out salami and make sure it's fresh turkey as well as substitute the whole milk with skim or lowfat and swap the muscle milk for ON whey... Choc ice cream not after 6.... And no corn.... An add fiber my man

24lbs on test E..possible...but you need more solid proteins in your diet...and real food to your 10:45 meal..water and an animal pack will not cut it..peanut butter sandwich will not cut it..a "colosal" bar will not cut it..keep in mind your trying to GAIN weight..eating a bar is not really BULKING...i mean when some us bulk..we have a plate of food..not a bar?! You need well over 4000cals to try to accomplish your goals and it looks like your not even close..also you need at least 1.5g of protein per lb ..and more complex carbs added if you really want to gain size
 
Ok so I should sub 2 turkey sandwiches for the half salami half turkey and PBandJ. Sub lowfat milk for whole milk. Sub out the musclemilk for whey before bed and no ice cream. What else should I add to up the cals and protein. Should I eat the colossal crunch bar out just cut it out? I will eat the animal pack just not consider it a meal. Im bringing two sandwiches to work and buying chicken and veggies from BBQ place. Should I just bring more good food to work? HOW MUCH FIBER A DAY??
 
Anybody eat almonds wtf do you guys eat to get your cals!!!! ?? Would it be good to get 1/2 gallon of milk and drink it at work ed?
 
Best thing to do is to write down the nutrional value (macros and cals) to everything you want to eat..add them all up and see where you stand at the end of the day...minimum would be at least 4000cals and at least 320g of protein...at least.
 
Almonds are fine.. some tricks to bump up calories are adding olive oil to your protein shakes - make sure the pb is all natural - Fiber = bananas - wheat\rye\pumpernickel bread-brown rice-yams etc.... and count everything to make sure your eating enough.
300 or so grams from protein
200-250 or so grams of carbs(complex) I tend to go much lower
50-100 in fats (i personally like to eliminate fats all together)
water water water

Yes, agreed with the good bros here... WAAAAAAAAAYY to many powders/MRP style stuff in your daily diet. Whole food is always better. Use powder or bars out of convience or unprepared one day, ect... or for pre, during or post workout shake.
 
ok I will change my old diet to this new and improved diet.

11:45 Turkey Sandwich, Metrx bar (bar just for extra 400 cals)

1:30 1/4 chicken with green beans (Ill buy the half chicken and split it up I dont think you guys realize how much meat is on half a chicken LOLZ) prob 2.5 lbs of chicken.

3:30 1/4 chicken with brown rice or yams

4:30 turkey/chicken sandwich 1 plum (I like plums)

6:00 1 1/2 scoop ON whey with lowfat milk (what else could I put in it to up cals??) honey??

8:30 2 chicken breasts or lean meat with spinach green beans, rice.

10:45 50 grams casein protein with lowfat milk

1 gallon or more of water. This is very doable for me I have the motivation and I am almost doing this now just have to tweak it abit. Would this be good or do I need more. Oh and I will get some fiber for sure. Should I cut the shake at 6:00 pm it is a preworkout shake. I eat dinner at 8:30 after I workout. Should I cut the casein before bed or the metrx bar??
