The longer youve trained and the older you get, every part seems to have a sore or weak place. Just the other day I had for the first time in 20 years of training bicept pain. And last year I had my first ever training real injury when I tore a tricept muscle.
Thankyou for Ibuprofin. I just work thru it all. I guess we're all just gluttons for pain and gains.
