When should I start PCT

How's it going guys,

I'm starting a 12week cycle of Test Depot on Monday. I've got some Tamoxifen for my PCT. Having read a few different posts I'm starting to doubt myself a little. I was just wondering what dose would someone suggest and how long into the cycle would I start the Tamoxifen?
Actually is Tamoxifen any good PCT or should I just get Clomid?
Any help would be much appreciated =)
