I hate cottage cheese too. Try and throw some berries or other fruit on it, crush a few macadamia nuts or almonds and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then suck it up.
I do casein protein at bedtime too (23g - Optimum Nutrition), but I also do 6 egg whites along with it. Is there anything wrong with this? I figured I'm only doing 23g of the casein protein, and egg whites are only 3g a piece (18g total) for a grand total of 41g of protein at bed time....
at 15 mil a year she should get a good personal trainer and drop about 20lbs and upgrade from an A cup to a C....id fuck Giada Delurentes or however its spelled right in her juicy ass then blow myself just to taste her shit.
