pumps will cause a temporary enlargement, but a few friends have sworn that they are an inch longer and a bit thicker (after consistent use over a year) even when they're not using the pump. pumps from falcon are good, but if you're uncomfortable using pumps from a manufacturer of gay porn then just about anything from doc johnson or california exotics that's in the $60-$150 range would do just fine.

I agree penis pumps are for those people who cannot get it up on their own. May temporarily grow, but you would have to pump it to a larger size. That is stupid b/c I wouldn't want to pump my shit before banging unless it came with batteries that would do all the pumping for me. Just deal w/what you have.
