try doing cardio for about an hour or so a day
but dont get your heart rate going to crazy
because youll start to burn muscle. moderate
your heart rated at about 155bpm. i tried this
shit and it worked like a fuckin charm. i usually
do walking on an incline. the key words are
heart rate
lI think an hour may be a bit much but everyone is different. To get max benifits do it on an empty stomoch ie. 1st thing in the morning then wait 1 hr before eating and like supertilin said watch your hr.
IMO an hour is way to long. The more gradual you take off fat the less muscle you'll lose. Start out at 20 minutes and buid up to 30-40 minutes. Personally when I do cardio I never go above 30 min although I can't remember the last time I did any cardio.....
