K KONDOR9 New member Oct 22, 2001 #4 I work my rotators on my cardio day. They get a little bit of work with a lot of body parts but doing them before my cardio lets me totally focus on them. For me it's easy to get lazy and blow them off if I do them on a lifting day. KONDOR
