I work out 5 or 6 days a week and I might take a day off but even on non weight training days I like to do cardio anyway. I'm an active person I guess. My question is if I wanted to up my cardio and do them on my weight training days should I do it before my workout or after
it depends, earlier this year when i was at my peak i was doing some hardcore cardio twice a week, and some really really hardcore cardio 2 more times a week. got my resting HR down into the 40's
