I am 32 years old. I have made my mistakes along the way using anabolics. I have not been able to recover from previous cycles. The ones before my last, maybe. I just got done with a 16 week cycle. I have used creams and injections before cycle but always had estrogen problems even keeping my levels at 500-600 with just the 5% cream. I had to take arimidex .5 2-3 times a week just to control it. That seemed weird. Anyone heard of this? I had someone write me a protocol for my PCT including heavy doses of HCG the first 10 days and then clomid 50mg for two weeks then adding nolva for 2 weeks more, and final 4 weeks with nolvadex. My question is at what point to I accept this HRT is going to be forever. Is there anything else anyone might suggest to try before I say F' it. If I am doing long term HRT what do I do about my nuts. Will they always be small. I still want some kids (if possible). Will long term HRT shut them down for good. They are already small and didn't respond to the HCG liked hoped for. Any experience with HMG. I also wondered what you guys thought about bioidentical hormones(pellets). I thought about just getting levels to 1000 and being done with it. Lastly, I swear, if i am shut down permanantely how often can I cycle.

If you live on HRT, you can still keep your balls fertile using hcg. There have been studies proving successful recovery after about 6 months of treatment with HMG. Although I could not advise you about doses and schedule for that. It would have to be addressed by a specialist, and that is very hard to find. And don't worry about how often can you cycle. That's ridiculous. If you are genuinely worried right now about recovery or a life TRT, cycling is the least of tour problems right now. Get your health back on track first.
