Can you guys give me some examples of what you eat before a workout either meals or your carbs/protein ratios
Im a real light guy but the ratios should be similar for all of us.
I asked this on another board and got, what i thought were some bad bad answers.... so hopefully you guys will come through
also how long should i wait til lift after i eat
just curious to see what some of you are doing
