So What's Everybody Think About Wheatgrass Juice As A Good Addition To Their Diet? I've Read About It A Few Places And It Looks Super Nutritious. I'll Let You Guys Know Now, It Taste Like
A Lawnmower Fart. But I Think It Was Arnold Who Said, If It Tastes Bad It Has To Be Good For You.

Lawnmower fart...hah, I'll have to remember that one.

I haven't heard much about wheatgrass juice except for a show I saw on TV quite a while back, it was one of those mountainbikers who specializes in hopping along rocks and jumping up mountains and whatnot.

He said he lived by the stuff, glass a day.

Personally...if something could feasibly be described as a "lawnmower fart", I'd rather find it in pill form...

its good for you but not as good as they make out.. i read in a paper today that 1 tablespoon was meant to be equivalent to 1 tonne of a certain vegie (dont remember what one)......lies
